The Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Hospital and Dialysis Center in Chad is a full-spectrum healthcare project delivered by Docktour Operations and Management in partnership with the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation. The development includes a 102-bed multispecialty hospital and an 80-bed dialysis center with a combined built-up area of 13,540 sq.m, as well as a 28-bed staff accommodation facility covering 1,825 sq.m.
The hospital will offer essential and specialized services, including Emergency, Outpatient Clinics, Imaging, ICU, Operating Theatres, Labor and Delivery Rooms, CSSD, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Dialysis units. It will also provide key specialties such as Pediatrics, OB-Gynecology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology.
Operonix will lead full operational setup and ongoing management, covering manpower recruitment, facility maintenance, clinical and support service delivery, and quality assurance. This project aims to significantly improve healthcare access and quality in Chad, strengthening regional health system resilience and supporting sustainable medical infrastructure development.
