Partnership Supporting Healthcare Development

DockTour and the Ministry of Health of Angola signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the development of healthcare infrastructure, improve medical supply chains, and strengthen healthcare service delivery.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration across logistics, infrastructure development, and healthcare operations, supporting priorities for improving healthcare availability and system efficiency. The MoU was formalized by representatives from the Ministry of Health, AD Ports Group, and Burjeel Holdings.

Through this collaboration, DockTour will support coordinated delivery of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and essential healthcare supplies, alongside the development and operational management of healthcare facilities. The agreement also includes the use of digital systems to enhance inventory visibility, supply planning, and operational coordination.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening healthcare system resilience through coordinated logistics, infrastructure development, and long-term operational support.

“Our vision for Angola’s healthcare system is rooted in accessibility, quality, and sustainability. This MoU with DOCKTOUR will help to strengthen our health network. It is a collaboration that speaks directly to the needs of our communities and our commitment to long-term national development.”
— H.E. Dr. Silvia Lutucuta, Minister of Health of Angola

The collaboration also creates opportunities for future initiatives that support expansion of healthcare services, infrastructure development, and improved continuity of care through coordinated planning and implementation.
